☞ Introduce yourself
= i answered with personal and family details, education, experiences, current job, my strengths and what i think about civil service (in that stage i was saying-"i believe todays world is data driven but unfortunately our civil service is yet to embrace a fully data driven approach.... (Sir, stopped me)

=স্বাস্থ্য খাতে পলিসি তৈরী করার জন্য ডাটা (sir, stopped and asked me to answer in English)

=food adulteration problem (sir wanted to know more findings but i was thinking and remained silent then he went for another question)

=Geothermal energy (wanted to know more but couldn’t deliver)

=Green energy has no carbon emission but clean energy emits a minimum amount of carbon

=when carbon emission and carbon absorption equals each other

=not exactly but almost possible. A minimum amount of carbon must be increased because of our economic and daily activities.
☞What should we do to reduce carbon emission
= decreasing the use of fossil fuel, increasing renewable energy production and increasing awareness to save energy.
☞ does nuclear energy produce carbon emission?
=yes, but not a significant amount.

☞ We were talking about data based policy making. Do you have any idea about CAPM?
=(i had but wanted to avoid this topic) sorry sir, we read it at the graduation level more than 6/7 years ago, now can't clearly remember.
☞ ok, have you idea about systematic risk and nonsystematic risk? (These terms were taken from CAPM, instantly, i surprised that he didn't change the topic even after i surrendered)
= yes sir, i have.
☞ then tell me with specific example what will be the systematic risk and nonsystematic risk in data collection for policy making to reduce heart disease. Which risk will you decrease and what impact will be on the other side.
=(after 3/4 seconds) sorry sir.

(আশাকরি ফেইল দিবে না, কিন্তু এমন বাজে ভাইভা হবে প্রত্যাশা করিনি। রিটেনে ৫০০ এর মত থাকবে হয়তো। ভাইভার প্রিপারেশন ভালো নিয়েছিলাম। কিন্তু স্যার এই এক টপিক নিয়ে এতো পেচাবে জানলে, ইন্ট্রু তে পারসোনাল ডিটেইলস ছাড়া কিছুই বলতাম না। ভাইভা দেওয়ার পর থেকে ৪৭ এর জন্য আর পড়তে ইচ্ছে করতেসে না।)
